So we don't have to work through dozens of emails and look for the relevant info, but now we can comment on tasks, make checklists and add pictures, links, videos etc. We all switched from email to MeisterTask now, because you find all the information well structured in specific tasks that we are working on together. I use the tool alone and together with my friends for a sports project. You also have a better role management and statistics, but I don't need that right now maybe in future, when more peolpe join my team.

I personally use the Pro plan, because of the automations and you can use multiple checklists in one task, which I like. I have never worked with a Task Management Tool before and now that I use MeisterTask, I cannot live without it :D The free plan already offers a bunch of very good features that are quite easy to use. Great tool! Makes me a lot more organized person :D We will use it to improve our tool and provide a better user experience. We strive to provide prompt and helpful support to all our users, however, we do have to prioritize limited resources towards paid users. We are sorry to hear that contacting customer support was a nightmare for you. That you didn't check before replying and assumed our status post cancellation (which drops back to free) is indicative of your lack of customer awareness.

Thanks for replying but we were paid, Professional users and cancelled. d) Contacting customer support was a nightmare and actually impossible using the method described in the instructions. A bit like Outlook's annoying, auto-complete without the ability to delete and the scope of the damage being massive compared with 1 email user error. c) Serious potential Data Protection pitfalls because you cannot remove previous collaborators (including employees) from the suggested participant lists. b) No permissions control until you pay for the Business version and even then, permissions settings are global by project i.e.
Summary of downsides a) A task management tool that offers no meaningful capability for setting reminders to those to whom you've allocated tasks.
Simple to use but with crippling limitationsĪll looked a promising tool until usage commenced.
